About The Position


Technical Product Marketing Engineer

Location: Israel

IONIX is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Engineer to join the product marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful technical content and sales enablement programs. The TPME provides deep-dive content for marketing campaigns and to our sales team, partners, customers, and SEs. This means setting the technical direction, writing campaign assets, and training sales and other teams to use the content you create. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are an engineer by training with a passion for writing and marketing.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Master our product’s technical capabilities, benefits, differentiators, and use cases for target customer segments.
  • Develop technical content including videos, blogs, white papers, datasheets and webinars.
  • Produce and disseminate technical information (i.e. competitive information) to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and train others on how to do product demos.
  • Work closely with Product Management on product feedback for future improvements.
  • Evangelize our products to our customers through events, workshops, webinars and other external communications channels.
  • Drive community engagement with security professionals on slack channels, discord and others.

·      Collaborate with the customer success team on many projects including customer-focused emails and collateral.

Skills and Knowledge                                                                                  

  • 5 years of Technical Marketing Engineering/Technical Product Marketing or Sales Engineering experience in the security domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Mother tongue English, excellent writing, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience building and managing customer demo environmentsStrong writing skills are essential - must be able to create a wide range of marketing content such as presentations, white papers, datasheets, solutions briefs, etc…
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business-level audiences in a compelling and differentiating manner.
  • Comfortable developing and initiating projects – rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
  • Community participation / leadership in the security domain is a plus.
