About The Position

About the role:

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will have a deep understanding of the IONIX product features, benefits, and differentiators, as well as the needs, preferences and pain points of the customers we serve. The ideal candidate is passionate about security, technology marketing and writing. They get a thrill from understanding complex concepts and deftly explaining those concepts to audiences that range from CISOs to security practitioners. They follow security market trends and enjoy interacting with analysts and customers on product direction and positioning.

This role sits in the marketing team reporting to the CMO.

Location: This role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage and evolve differentiated messaging and positioning for the IONIX ASM Platform
  • Deliver content to assist with development and execution of marketing campaigns and demand generation activities
  • Collaborate with customers and analysts to understand current and emerging product needs and translate those needs into compelling marketing messages that align with our target audience
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to define product positioning that differentiates IONIX
  • Manage the analyst landscape for our security category, provide feedback to the product team on market trends, and help IONIX position the company as a leader with analyst firms
  • Drive customer base communications and marketing programs to build stronger customer relationships

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in a product marketing function for enterprise security products (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Passion for the cybersecurity industry and cybersecurity marketing
  • Exceptional English – mother tongue – both in written and verbal communication skills
  • Get-stuff-done person who can juggle many projects and deliver many pieces of content each month
  • Proven analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI/advantages of programs & investments
  • Strong technical background, ideally with an engineering degree, and experience working with security tools and products
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as software delivery, platform engineering, product marketing, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product management.
