Summary

CVE-2026-60208 is a critical unauthenticated vulnerability in the Core component of Oracle WebLogic Server, published on July 21, 2026 as part of Oracle’s July 2026 Critical Patch Update. An unauthenticated attacker with only network access via HTTP can exploit this flaw to gain unauthorized read access to all WebLogic Server accessible data and to create, delete, or modify critical data on the server. With a CVSS v3.1 base score of 9.1, this vulnerability requires no privileges and no user interaction to exploit, making any internet-exposed WebLogic instance an immediate high-priority target.

Mitigation and recommended actions
