Summary

Mitigation and recommended actions

  • Network mitigation: If patching cannot be applied immediately, restrict external network access to Oracle EBS HTTP/HTTPS endpoints, particularly those exposing Oracle Scripting interfaces, using perimeter controls or a web application firewall. Oracle EBS should not be directly reachable from the internet unless strictly necessary.
