Summary

CVE-2026-61153 is a critical improper access control vulnerability affecting the Experience Manager component of Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager version 11.4.0. Disclosed as part of Oracle’s July 2026 Critical Patch Update (released July 21, 2026), the flaw allows unauthenticated, network-based attackers to gain unauthorized read and write access to critical application data via HTTP, with no user interaction required and a CVSS v3.1 score of 9.1.

Mitigation and recommended actions
